Need a new toothbrush?
The American Dental Association recommends that adults replace their toothbrushes every 3-4 months for maximum effectiveness against decay. Children's toothbrushes need replacing even more frequently – every two months on average—because kids often press harder during brushing than do adults and they wear down the bristles faster.

Once a month sounds good. I am up for this challenge!!
We change all our toothbrushes monthly , I get alot of free toothbrushes so with 50 plus toothbrushes in the house they are always in good shape.
I change all of ours one a month. It just seems healthier.
Good reminder for me cause I don’t really think about changing mine often.
I always have a spare, but forget to get it out unless I get sick.
Thanks for the reminder.
I get so used to having the toothbrush let me know – I buy the kind with the stripe in the center that lets you know when to change it.
I’m not going to lie, my mom always did those things for me. Since I’ve been on my own, I haven’t kept up with it AS well as I should have…..but am getting better! :)
As a nurse I can tell you that you can prevent alot of problems by changing your toothbrush often. It is a very cheap form of prevention.
I usually change my toothbrush every two months or when I completely use a tube of tooth paste.
I change mine every couple of months…it’s time!
This was a good reminder. I just ran to switch mine and my husbands to new ones!
I always make sure that I change out my kids toothbrushes every month, and I change mine out every 2 to 3 months.
Always change my toothbrushes every 3 months. Need a new one now!
We change ours every month or so -
This is a no brainer starting off slow giggles
