Clean your teeth with baking soda
For a refreshing change of taste that naturally whitens your teeth, brush every so often with baking soda instead of your regular prepared toothpaste. Our challenge: The next time you brush, brush with a paste made from a little bit of baking soda and water. Rinse well with water afterwards.

I am very particular about my teeth I brush 3 times (sometimes 4) a day along with flossing & using a whitening toothpaste and pre rinse. I use teeth whiteners every six months. I always have a good report at my clean ups at the dentists I have tried the baking soda, I do not care for the grit or taste but it works very well & I do use it now as part of my cleaning about twice a week.

My family has used baking soda for years! I do try to give my teeth a break and only use it 3-4x/wk-my teeth tend to get sensitive. You teeth will feel like you’ve just had them cleaned!

I used baking soda for 24 hours and it burned my mouth, tongue, lips. I have Shojrens syndrome and have lots of problems with everything I put in my body or on it. It’s a very tiresome trial and error expedition. Right now I’m very sick from the third blood presure medication. As soon as it gets completely out of my body I get to try a new one – can’t wait!

I brushed with baking soda every day and the dentist said I was gradually wearing the enamel off—to just use baking soda occasionally. Who knew? I did not!
