Park in the farthest spot

Everywhere you drive today, park at the far end of the parking lot. It’s a great way to sneak in a little extra walking into your day.

Always consult a physician before starting any exercise routine.

I always park far away because my mom always told me to park far away from people so they don’t hit my car…

I already park as far away as possible. I work retail so I mainly do this to stay away from all of the shopping carts and the bafoons that love to ram their door into the sides of my car. But I also see excersise as an advantage to doing this also. I go home for lunch so at the end of the day I will have walked from my car to the store, then back to my car for lunch, back to work, and then back to the car to go home. So four times everyday that I work.

I just started doing this a couple of weeks ago. I love the health benefits and it also makes it easier to get in and out of my car (people don’t usually park right up next to you that far out).

this is the best way to burn off those extra couple of calories that you splurged on for break or on lunch. it works great even if you add a little pep in your step you can also raise your heart rate up even more.

I do this all the time mainly to avoid people hitting me while backing up but it is a very good way to burn those extra calories!

I’ve been parking in the farthest spot for a very long time. Both as a calorie burner and to keep away from bad drivers. When shopping it even gives a little strength training as you lug those shopping bags all the way out to your car.

I learned this from my mom!! No matter what the weather was like outside she would never park close to the store she would tell us our legs weren’t broken and that walking was good for us! I guess she was right!
