I went to iTunes today and made theultimate workout playlist. I find that sometimes when I listen to the same songs over and over again, I can not work out as well.

I have some old Michael Jackson too. hehe. I’ve found that “Billie Jean” is great for keeping a steady pace on the exercise bike when I’m feeling low on energy.

i actually don’t use a playlist. my friends and i always work out together, which makes the time on the treadmill and elliptical go by so much faster!

I run like a fiend and rely on a good playlist to keep me motivated. Tonight, even though I had a great playlist, I kept skipping back to one song because it helped me establish a fantastic rhythm.

Too hot to run this saturday but I bagged an 8 mile hike all the same – no play list needed out in the woods though. on sunday I finally put a play list together which I will use when I’m forced to go to the gym! Of course had to include some Michael Jackson on there: billy Jean! the old michael rules!

When I went on a bike ride, I knew I could easily do this challenge by making an energetic, upbeat playlist to keep myself going. It really helped!

Went through iTunes and added a lot of beach and surfing style songs into a playlist. Came out great!

I lead a very busy life and when I am working out, I find that it is my time to destress and think about things going on in my life. My playlist contains all sorts of songs, from Jay-Z to Hootie and the Blowfish, I find it much more entertaining and I always change my workout when the song changes!

i discovered a new awesome workout playlist: comedy routines. it’s impossible to get bored. although, it does look a little odd cracking up while on the elliptical :)
