Stretch

Stretching not only feels good, it also strengthens your joints and prevents injury. Today, spend at least 10 minutes gently stretching your entire body to remind yourself how good it feels. Hopefully, this will be the first step to a regular practice.

Yes, it is very important that we stretch our whole body in and out. Getting out of bed the first thing I do is STRETCH and stretch for 5 min then I getmost engerized and seized the day.

Exercise is so important to get yourself moving in the morning, even when you don’t feel like getting up. It’s like a natural energy boost.

I work in a daycar and every morning we stretch before we do our exercises. We try to teach the children of the importance of healthy bodies so we do the stretching and exercises with them.

the best part of my dance class is the stretching. i will try to stretch in the mornings, even if i don’t get a good night’s sleep.
