Do 50 jumping jacks

Remember jumping jacks from high school gym class? The great thing about them is they get your heart pumping and blood flowing. They also increase the oxygen in your blood and make you more alert. Sometime today, do 50 jumping jacks to get your heart rate up.

Always consult a physician before starting any exercise routine.

Try the go-lean foods. In fact all of it is good for you. You need to excersise. Try weights, walking (fast) go with the balls. yoga etc. You may start off slow but you will get to where you want to be. It is not all of what you eat, it is your portion sizes.

This is for riddell_32: The Kashi website doesn’t have a weight loss section. In the coming months we may add a few articles about healthy weight loss. Overall Kashi advocates eating habits that are high in fiber, and include lots of whole grains and fresh produce. These practices combined with healthy snacking, portion control, and increased physical activity levels are great steps on the road to a more healthy body weight. Kashi has one product line—GOLEAN—that will help you get more fiber (which keeps you fuller, longer). I hope this helps.

WOW! I am a new mom and just cleared to resume my regular activity (which did not include exercise). I decided that exercised needed to become part of my “regular activity”. I did 70 JJ’s and wow did my calves burn! I am going to make it a point to do 70 JJ’s everyday and more and more everyday. I am actually excited about this!

What’s the difference between a jumping jack and a snow angel, really? Just lie on the ground and do that instead. It’s a lot safer.

Okay so did the 50 and now I know I need to do this every day I can! that was harder than I thought it would be. Shins were yelling at me and got a mild case of jello legs for a couple of minutes. Will have to work on that!!!
