My goal is to get my weight down to 150 +/- and be able to jog at least a mile. I walk at least 2 miles 4-5 nights a week but have recently been wanting to up the ante to jogging!

I’d like to complete a half marathon, and once that day comes I want to run a full marathon!

I ran in a 7.6 mile race! Next I would like to be 10 miles, hopefully this spring.
