I joined a new gym on August 5 and started working out on August 6 and have gone every day since. I don’t plan on stopping, I haven’t felt this good in years.

I have a home gym and used it about 5 times a week in the summer. When school starts on Monday I plan to use it everyday. I know 5 days a week is good in all but I think I can do better.

I have used my gym membership every Monday afternoon for the past 4 weeks. My personal trainer keeps me on task and so far I have lost 10.5 Lbs. I feel really good about the worouts I get, especially with the job I have in the food industry.

I used my gym membership yesterday morning, and I plan on using it tomorrow morning as well (early morning spin classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays!).

I have had a gym membership for a little over a year now and I use it Monday thru Thursday. Every other week on Wednesdays, only sometimes though, I play Ultimate Frisbee, but on the weekends all I do it either sit at the pool and relax, which is good, or go on the lake and if I get the chance wakeboard. I really want to start going to the gym on either Saturday or Sunday, or both days, and workout if I am not going to wakeboard on the lake that day. I use to go to the gym on Sunday’s and do a step class, but I don’t anymore. I want to get back to the gym on the weekend mornings.

I thought I had this problem solved as the local fitness center is right down the street. Last winter my husband and I signed up for memberships and unfortunately we had to quit after only going a few times. My children found the child care area clostrophobic and kept getting me out of class to “go to the bathroom” every 5 minutes. This caused me more stress!!! So now we purchased a treadmill and eliptical so I am planning my own gym to get moving finally!

There are 8 weeks until Christmas….my goal is to use my membership at least 3 times a week…that is 24 times until Christmas!!! I would like to be in my pre-pregnancy clothes by Christmas! I have been using my baby as an excuse not to go to the gym for long enough…and it is getting too cold to take him in the jogging stroller outside!!!
