Stair climbing is good for your heart, helps you stay fit, and five minutes of this aerobic activity burns a whopping 75 calories. I worked in a five story building. I set up a little routine where I would take walk the stairs on the hour six times a day. I used Outlook to remind me. It only took five minutes and it would get my heartrate into the aearobic heart range. I also did some math. I climbed the equivalent of the empire state building every six days…
