Add intervals

Most experts agree that adding interval training to your workouts can boost results. What is interval training? Just a fancy way of saying, vary your pace. Like to run? Alternate sprints with fast-walking. Aerobics your speed? Add strength-training intervals. Anything you can do to “surprise” your muscles will energize and rejuvenate your spirit, too. Today, challenge yourself to throw your body a curveball – literally! Do some interval training during your regular workout.

Intervals Are Essential To Building Lean Muscle Mass, and My Favorite Is To Mix In Super Sprints With Fast-Walks Split Over Each Quarter of A Mile When On The Treadmill. Really Gets The Burn Going and Definitely Increases Explosive Movement + Agility Like No Other Training Can. Especially After An Intense Weight Training Session! ()ne[_ove, tj

For the past couple of months, I’ve been varying my walking routine by stepping up on the incline or increasing my speed. I feel so much better physically, and I’ve lost some weight (and kept them off) because I’ve been adding intervals or varying my work out.

Here is a very good work-out routine to try and it will give you great results. Try working-out 5-6 days a week for 30-45 mins a day working on just one body part. Example, just chest on Monday and back on Tuesday and so on. Short and sweet…have fun.

I just had a baby and this is a great way to get back into the swing of things at the gym. My daughter is 6 weeks old, so I can offically start up again! I can’t wait to run!
