Exercise self-love
One obstacle to exercise is the pervasive feeling that you’re too unfit, overweight, or unattractive to get out there and move. Our response? You’re great however you are because you’re you. Mantras, meditation, non-food-based reward systems, and other methods of thought modification can help you grasp that fitness goal. Today, challenge yourself to look in the mirror and give yourself a positive affirmation that you’re good enough right now to be beautiful, healthy, and fit.

I love my life. I enjoy exercising. This includes walking, yoga, aerobics, and weight training. I exercise 3-5 days a week. Three years ago I took swimming classes. This summer I have plan to do some swimming. I am fortunate, my employer have a gym and a swimming pool which I have access to daily.
this is a great challenge.
i took a nice long bike ride yesterday and it felt good.
i was starting to take one today when i saw some friends walking and then walked with them. it was nice and feel good as well.
I have been trying to walk outside or on our gazelle machine every day for the past couple of weeks, I can do about 1.4 miles in about 20 minutes, now I need to add cardio to the mix
i am almost 52 and trying to lose 40 lbs.. walking and at work i am always moving and lifting but just not the right places are getting the exercise. but i am keeping at it
Its hard to workout with baby victor and hard to modivate myself since ive been lazy for 10 months! lol
Beauty starts from within because my inside is beautiful, I believe that outside deserves to be as well.
I’ve always been so self conscious growing up because i was always bigger. Now, i am 50 pounds less and when i look in the mirror I try and realize how far I have come!
i have been on a diet for 3 months now. i can realy see my progress now.
I actually ran around the block not caring who seen me.
I try and do this challenge everyday! It DOES help me to get out their and exercise.
I love my body just the way it is. All I need to do is lose a few founds (10 – 15) and I’ll be in terrific shape!
Just remember exercise is the first step. Getting your muscles into shape will help you lose the weight faster because the more muscle you have the faster your metabolism and the more calories you end up burning!
