Exercise self-love
One obstacle to exercise is the pervasive feeling that you’re too unfit, overweight, or unattractive to get out there and move. Our response? You’re great however you are because you’re you. Mantras, meditation, non-food-based reward systems, and other methods of thought modification can help you grasp that fitness goal. Today, challenge yourself to look in the mirror and give yourself a positive affirmation that you’re good enough right now to be beautiful, healthy, and fit.

I love my life. I enjoy exercising. This includes walking, yoga, aerobics, and weight training. I exercise 3-5 days a week. Three years ago I took swimming classes. This summer I have plan to do some swimming. I am fortunate, my employer have a gym and a swimming pool which I have access to daily.

I have been trying to walk outside or on our gazelle machine every day for the past couple of weeks, I can do about 1.4 miles in about 20 minutes, now I need to add cardio to the mix

I try and do this challenge everyday! It DOES help me to get out their and exercise.
I love my body just the way it is. All I need to do is lose a few founds (10 – 15) and I’ll be in terrific shape!Just remember exercise is the first step. Getting your muscles into shape will help you lose the weight faster because the more muscle you have the faster your metabolism and the more calories you end up burning!
