    If anyone doubts that this works, I dare you to go try it out. I picked one up for the first time in several years, and the longest I could go the first time was about 6 minutes. Now, months later, I can do half an hour. Take the challange! You won’t regret it.

    I have been doing the Wii version of hula hoop on Wii fit. It does indeed give you a good workout as you strive to improve your score. Try it and see!!
