Mid-morning snacks are very important for keeping hunger at bay and making smart, healthful choices at lunchtime. Today, challenge yourself by adding a reasonable snack to your diet around 10:30 or 11:00 a.m.

I had a small bowl of Nature Valley Organic-Vanilla Nut, with 2% milk.

I had Trader Joe’s Steel Cut Oatmeal from the freezer section. So good! and very good for you…. tossed in a quarter of an apple diced up and some raisins.
put together green grapes, cantalope and banana, nice snack
I’ve been eating apples,oranges,& strawberrys as my mid-morning snack and sometimes after lunch,
it really helps curb my hunger.
I had strawberries and a banana. Fresh fruit is super tasty at any time of the day!

a mini handful of raw/whole almonds is the best snack for me. Keeps me satisfied and carries over until lunch. If that doesn’t do it? I have 1/4 cup of soy milk maybe with a bit of coffee.
My mid-morning snack today was fig newtons. Low-fat, healthy and delicious.
I had home made baked beans!! Yummy and filling!!!
Yogurt and carrot sticks every day.
