Developed by French urban warriors, Parkour is the art of using your body to help you overcome obstacles wherever you are. Parkour aficionados leap over walls, scale fences, run freely through the streets, and generally use their bodies as efficiently – and primally – as they can. Borrowing some of Parkour’s principles can help you look at exercising your body in a more holistic way. Today, challenge yourself to apply a Parkour spirit when you ascend a stairway, traverse a busy street, or migrate from Point A to Point B. _Always consult a physician before starting any exercise routine._
