Integrate cardio into your schedule
Whether you want to strengthen your heart, lose a few pounds or improve your attitude, cardiovascular exercise is a great way to improve your health and happiness. This month, feel the benefits of cardio exercise by making an effort to do 20-30 minutes at least four days per week.
Always consult a physician before starting any exercise routine.

Okay I should be able to do this one. 20-30 minutes a day should be the mimimum we do though sometime it is hard to get that much. It goes along with the 30 minutes of walking well
This should be no problem for me I usually do up to 60 min. per day. Between the ski machine, and the tread mill.
just started trying to be more active this monday, have done at least a 1/2 hour of something everyday.
This one shouldn’t be too hard to commit to. I run about 5K every night and depending on my energy level it can take between 20 and 30 minutes. :)
I can totally do this. Every week morning I do a 20 minute aerobics dvd and 6 days a week I go to Jazercise. I love it!
Hmm… well, since I try to run everyday, this should just be a poke in the back if I start to lag!
