Exercise is healthy. Social interaction? Ditto. Exercising in groups? A double dose of goodness, according to several recent studies. Specifically, exercising with others may have psychological benefits, like preventing postpartum depression and helping manage post-cancer grief. Today, challenge yourself to recruit a partner or join a group at least weekly and get some sort of group exercise, and encourage loved ones to do the same. _Always consult a physician before starting any exercise routine._

I am going to increase my walking miles every week. I feel so much better after getting exercise and fresh air.

My favorite low impact but effective form of exercise is pilates. Works muscles that I didn’t know existed! The results are slower but more toned and I feel taller. I highly recommend anyone to try it!:)

Regular exercise helps my overall mobility and energizes me! My goal is to exercise more consistently than I have been the last few months.
