going on a bike ride after work!!
my family gets together every other weekend and plays volleyball together at the park for the whole day!
this is good for me because I have 2 small children. in the winter we get so couped up but now its spring and we can get out and play more!
I moved the lawn, weeded and mulched my garden,and rode to the park and played some basketball. :)
exercise helps tha body feel vibrantly alive so why allow boredom 2 take it’s toll
Walked to class instead of driving! Took about 25 minutes each way.
Today, I raked pinestraw until my fingers blistred. Dummy me, forgot to wear gloves. But it’s a nice feeling to see fruit of your effort.
