Embrace off-season activities
Exercisers: Why not try something completely different? If it’s chilly outside, warm yourself with a dip in the indoor pool. If it’s raining too hard to go for your run, find an indoor track. Love your weekly tennis matches but the snow’s got you down? Find some indoor courts…or try out ping pong. Today, challenge yourself to think about your favorite sports and find ways to adapt them to winter weather. _Always consult a physician before starting any exercise routine._

Went grocery shopping by myself….got a little workout.
I get bored easily if I exercise the same way ever day – especially in winter. One thing I do often, thuogh is the treadmill during an interesting movie or TV show through my laptop. I love because it makes things a little different every time and it takes my mind off of the exercise :)
We joined the community YMCA to keep the 3 kids busy with swimming,exercise,and basketball…. It helps when it is cold outside to get some fitness and exercise!!!!
