Indoor cycling is an ideal mode of exercise for people of all fitness levels and is not weight-bearing as long as you stay in the saddle. Today, challenge yourself to spin your wheels at the gym if you can’t hit the road. _Always consult a physician before starting any exercise routine._

Since the weather has turned,I ride my bike to do things like paying bills and getting the sunday paper.Healthy and eco frienly;you just can’t go wrong with that.

Week 3 of spinning—challenging but great exercise!

Spin classes are fun and one of the best workouts you can get. The first class will be the toughest, but after a few more, I bet you’ll get addicted!

I am going to start dancing more, it’s not only fun but it really helps me to keep fit and I LOVE doing it. As a matter of fact, I just called a friend and we are going out tonight and doing a little dancing!

I jumped on my bike and hit the trail by my house this morning for a 45 minute bumpy ride. A great way to see the world and get stronger!

Although i don’t bike as much as i should I like biking in doors as well as out doors,The country scenery keeps me motivated to keep on biking, but when winter comes i keep that motivation going by turning on the T.V. and watching a nature channel while biking time goes by fast, I except your challenge Kashi to bike more often in doors as well as out.

I went to my local health club this morning and cycled for 30 minutes. Thanks for the challenge!
