Let’s face it – holidays are as much about eating as they are socializing. This season, make an effort to collect new and healthy recipes. Every time you encounter a dish that features natural, minimally processed ingredients, follow up with the host to get the recipe. Before long, you’ll have collected a slew of new dishes! I know for me that the holidays are always the hardest time to stay healthy. And it doesn’t help that my birthday is in the end of November right by thanksgiving! But this year is going to be different, I’m going to stay eating healthy and keep my naughty foods to a minimum.
