I just accepted this challenge because I just had a snack and that means I just broke a promise to myself not to snack mindlessly! I ‘m embarressed (spelling) to say I couldn’t even do 1 push up with proper form and lower myself completely to the floor. But I did the best I could and did as many as I could with the best form possible and realized what a great incentive this is not to snack as long as I continue to hold myself accountable or else I’ll soon have perfect form!

I’ve recently added pushups to my daily routine. I went from only being able to do 20 at a time twice a day, to doing 4 sets of 50 throughout the day. When? Morning pre-shower,after shower, noon or around lunch and then before I go to bed. It’s easy to squeeze in time for mini fitness activities, and it feels great :)

I am trying to work toward real pushups, not the modified knee pushups I’ve been doing for the last 2 years. This is a great way to get there!

Started today! I quit smoking around x-mas time and am able to work out more and more. So I love this idea!

My arms so need more strength… and this was a fun way to do it.. as well as realizing how many little things I will still pop into my mouth and how they do add up… as my self control and motivation prevail.. I will do a push-up as well for all the snacks I DIDN’T sample… smile

What a great idea! Push-ups are definitly my work-out weakness! I’m going to try to keep this one up!
