Resistance bands are a handy, affordable way to bring your workout with you, and can be used to work your whole body. They’re a real boon in wintertime, when bad weather often makes outdoor activities difficult. Today, challenge yourself to pick up a band (or two) in light, medium, or heavy resistance levels. Most come with instructions, but you can always add to your arsenal online. _Always consult a physician before starting any exercise routine._

    these are great for travelers. in my previous job, I was on the road and would throw these in my suitcase so I could keep my exercise routine going. They are wonderful to add resistance to squats!
