Be nimble and quick
Agility is often overlooked as an important part of fitness. When you increase yours, you’ll find that athletic games become all the more rewarding. You’re much more likely to respond faster. Today, challenge yourself to put your muscles to the test – do something that increases your agility. Try jumping, sprinting, hopping, or incorporate some skipping into your workout.
Always consult a physician before starting any exercise routine.

I try to work on balance every day by standing one one leg and then lifting the leg and moving it up-side to side and down again—the one I am not standing on-lol- Repeat on ther leg
I run everyday and have started sprinting the last mile as fast I can. It feels great to finish hard! I am also really trying to incorporate different strength training exercises into my daily routine. I’m going to try some jumping exercises tonight during my weight reps!
Racquetball is my new-found exercise love. It’s great for agility, quick movements that are good for muscle training, and time flies and you’ve done a hour of cardio work without having to step foot on a treadmill!
Did an interval spinning class today
I have been following a stretching program and am now ready to start working with a Yoga DVD. Every day, shortly upon awakening, I will my initial stretching and, within 1 hr., will work with the Yoga DVD.
Great Idea. I cleaned-out my garage prior to going to work!
