Here’s a party idea: Keep track of how many holiday drinks you have whenever you attend a party. Then, the next day, climb one flight of stairs for each beverage. Today, try out this idea during your day. Every time you drink something other than water, find a flight of stairs to climb. _Always consult a physician before starting any exercise routine._

    This is a great challenge, and it didn’t take as much time as I thought it wold. I climbed the 14 floors of my building in about 7 minutes. I started to feel it in my thighs by the 4th floor. This is a great workday break!

    It actually helped me to drink more just because I wanted to climb a flight of stairs. I’m determined to get this weight off.
