Here’s a party idea: Keep track of how many holiday drinks you have whenever you attend a party. Then, the next day, climb one flight of stairs for each beverage. Today, try out this idea during your day. Every time you drink something other than water, find a flight of stairs to climb. _Always consult a physician before starting any exercise routine._
