    I put mint in allot of my drinks and foods. My favorite and most surprising is in chicken.

    I almost always have mint in my tea—on occasion I’ll even have it in a cup of coffee.

    i have a cup of either peppermint or mint green tea every night sometime between dinner and going to sleep. its definately my favorite!

    I love herbal peppermint tea. I also like decaf mint green tea. And when I have cravings for candy and other snack food when it’s not time to eat, I chew spearmint-flavored gum.

    I boil water and pour over mint ginger and honey its great

    I make a pot of caffeine free, mint green tea every morning… the first two cups are hot, the rest is chilled to drink throughout the day.

    I add mint, fresh ginger, and lemon slices to a 2 quart pitcher of water every evening…that’s my water goal for the next day to drink. Very refreshing…and it helps me meet my goal for water. It’s good cold or hot.
