As an athlete it is especially important to stay hydrated. Over 90% of the fluids my son and I drink is pure water! I never consume alcohol or sodas, but if you do remember for every ounce you drink drink at least two in water!!!
right on, my body just doesnt like alcohol, so I’m staying alcohol free in 09’
This is how I always chose to drink. It just makes sense!
I personally drink alot of water and prefer it over anything else when I am thirsty. It is good for your skin and helping to flush out toxins in your body and also helps to lose weight.
I love the idea of drinking water, but I’m not a fan of how it tastes. I have tried many different things to try to make water taste better, but I can’t seem to find anything… Do you have any suggestions?
I keep water with me at all times. I’m not a fan of soda, but love seltzer water. Maybe someone trying to eliminate soda could enjoy a seltzer.
I have always been more prone to drinking water. My challenge has always been to get my children interested in drinking more water (slowly but surely making progress).
I like to make herbal or decaffienated tea to stay hydrated—tea usually has zero calories and it is a healthy way to flavor water.
since I started taking in more water, I have notice a huge improvement in my skin. If water can make that much of a difference on the outside, I can’t even imagine how much difference it makes on the inside. Not to mention how much better I feel NOT drinking soda!
I don’t drink alcohol and I keep water with me all the time.
Since giving up caffeine, artificial sweetener and corn syrup I don’t buy sodas anymore. I’ll make sun tea this summer but I almost exclusively drink water now. better for the budget and better for me.
