i started wanting a change when my grandson was born; i started in october at 340 pounds. i changed my diet somewhat but did not see a difference until i started using Kashi products. I gave up beef and pork and substituted GoLean for breakfast and the TLC bars for snacks. I cannot eat nuts so i am glad Kashi offers products without them. i have been in the gym since Jan 11 and i weigh 290 pounds now. i hope to give up meat entirely as well as get down to 200 pounds.
I am walking with my husband in our neighborhood after dinner as often as we can. I’m also going outside in the sunshine for 10-15 minutes during my lunchtime each day. It’s a start and it’s making a difference!

I am working to step up my fitness routine to 4-5 days a week from 3 days a week so that I can inprove my endurance and get a 6 pack before I turn 32! I also am going to start other activities like roller skating and raquetball. A big improvement will also be to continue to improve my eating habits. I love Kashi for the fiber. Their food really help me to feel satisfied.
