Stress less
For many, holidays equal stress as we find ourselves in unusual or pressured circumstances. Engaging in stress-relieving exercise can help. Among other benefits, exercise is known to increase feel-good endorphins, encourage a meditative state of mind, and better your mood. Today, challenge yourself to walk, run, skip, or do just about anything that gets your blood pumping and a smile on your face—you’ll be glad you did.
Always consult a physician before starting any exercise routine.

I am conciously reducing activities that are stressful. Oddly, I find the rearranging of my schedule to allow larger blocks of time for enjoyable activities like volunteering, socializing and more exercise stressful. Hmmmm…. Once I get the scheduling done though I know I’ll feel a sense of accomplishment.
I am taking life alot slower than last year. I am taking one day at a time, stress is slowly leaving my daily life. I sit & do deepbreathing when I wake each morning at the bedside, then I stretch & have a nice bowl or Kashi cereal with soymilk to begin my day. I smile more with a very positive attitute on life.
I just started swimming this last month in a heated pool. I am trying to get some swimming in over the holidays, so I went for a swim today. I tried the new Kashi cereal..delicious!
Did a much better job this year …....... stressing less.
I am trying to do my best to stress less and enjoy the moments of life. I love Kashi foods and they make meals so easy. Also, now that it is the holidays, make sure to enjoy some time to yourself.
