My parents recently moved to South Carolina – the new tradition the last couple years is to go swimming with the kids on Christmas day – A great treat for the kids (swimming outdoors in Kansas is just not going to happen) and great exercise for us.
I’ve taken a few days off but I will start my exercise routine again on the 1st.
For the new year I am going to try really hard to eat more healthy and try to loss 20 lb’s to start with.
I am taking the day off …....... but will pick back up on exercising on the 26th.
I am hitting the treadmill tonight and I’m going to make a committment to myself to continue aan exercise routine until I loose 20 pounds.
I’m starting to exercise and jog right after the holidays are over!
