i do at least once a month
I do this!, one year I got busy and did not have time to bake, boy was I in trouble, I make them as organic as I can, I learn more everytime I bake or cook and I am at the point of sprouting my own grains and grinding them for my recipies.
I also make my own bath “bombs” like little alka seltzers in the tub and face creams and soaps, I just started this and my family loves the products, I’m thinking about getting a degree in Herbology, Clayton College is the only one I am familiar with, I live in Oklahoma. Have a great day.
I just started to eat Kashi like 2-3 days ago. I love to snack on the Kashi GOLEAN cereal. It is yummy. I havent seen any frozen etrees yet though.
We gave away produce that we canned/preserved. The produce was either canned by us or purchased at local farmers’ markets.
I make trail mix in many different flavors each year for my family and friends.
I canned black eyed pea soup this year and gave it to family members as well as jars of homemade cornbread mix. I also gave bags of homemade cookies which weren’t quite as healthy. Everyone loved their gifts.
