Tonight, go to bed early with the intention of getting at least eight hours of sleep. When you're well rested, you're likely to be more energetic, relaxed, and happy too.

Something that helps me fall asleep really fast is listening to Sixpence none the Richer and drinking caffeine free chamomille tea. One of the reasons I do not go to sleep for 8 hours is because i procrastinate way too much, instead of doing my work i think about doing my work lol.
Nevertheless, I will try out this 8 hours of sleep thing today. -

I try to get to sleep at about 8:00 pm. I am a working student.

I am a student in college and besides that I don’t do much else. So. Sometimes I get too much sleep. and then i just feel more tired. I will try to limit my sleep to 8 hours…

As a mother of 4 children, it is difficult to get 5 hours of sleep; usually broken sleep! Now that my youngest child is 2 1/2, I would like to try to get some “mommy time or mommy sleep!” I have been on perpetual broken sleep for 6+ years! I would love to have 8 hours of peaceful sleep! Wish me luck!
