Break a sweat
How much should you sweat when you’re working out? Obviously, the answer is different for everyone. Factors like fitness, weight, ambient temperature and genetics play a role. Still, experts agree that sweat is one part of the exercise intensity picture. For example, moderate exercise usually causes you to break into a light sweat, breathe a little faster and strain your muscles a little. Today, challenge yourself to get to the gym. While you're there, push yourself harder by using sweat as one basis of comparison: how long did it take you to drip with perspiration? Are you able to jog along your usual path without breaking a sweat? You may want to up the intensity a bit. _Always consult a physician before starting any exercise routine._
