Give rowing a go

Challenge Yourself for: 24 Hours

At the gym, many of us use treadmills, ellipticals and stair climbers. But it can be an extra hurdle for us to brave the world of the upper or full-body workout devices. Our suggestion? Try the rowing machine. Among other benefits, you’ll burn calories and strengthen your core – pretty impressive, considering how relaxing it is. Today, make it a point to schedule a day at the gym when you spend at least 10 minutes trying out the rowing machine. Note: Be sure to check with a fitness professional to ensure you operate the machine correctly. _Always consult a physician before starting any exercise routine._

It sounds like a wonderful and fun way to stay in shape. Not only that but I think it would great way to keep your arms in shape too. I will be trying this.

Rowing is great for keeping in paddling shape in the off-season. Helps build & maintain core and upper-body strength, as well as endurance.

I agree with the row machine exercise. It is one of my favorite exercises. There wasn’t a long line waiting for this machine (people didn’t realize the benefits) so I could exercise instead of waiting. This exercise increases the heartrate, increases sweat (got rid of toxins and wastes), and can promote oxygen flow. But you don’t have to take my word for it, try it yourself.
