Set a monthly goal
Feel like you’ve hit a plateau fitness-wise? Today, challenge yourself to move beyond it. Here are some ideas for making it happen: • Decide where you want to be a month from now. • Working back from you goal, break your mission down into weekly and daily steps. • Add those steps to your calendar. No matter how small, you’ll soon be on a path to a fitter, healthier you. _Always consult a physician before starting any exercise routine._

I’ve never been a great runner but I really want to improve. My goal is to be able to run a 5k by July 22nd, one month from now!
I plan on following through completely with my goals of working out at least three times a week, eating healthier (not snaking on junk food), and being more active. Hopefully I’ll lose gained holiday weight in time for swimsuit season!
For the last three months…........... I set a challenge for losing 10 pounds per month. I have exceeded this goal…... and have now lost 36.6 pounds. I now have 27 pounds remaining for my ultimate goal. Kashi has been a huge component of this goal…. keeping me focused and also a huge part of my diet. Thanks Kashi !
I absolutely love Kashi! My goal for this month is to loose 6 more pounds and stay away from those pesky sweets and artificial products! I also want to make it to the gym 3x a week.
Kashi products are awesome. I’m excited to include them in my weight loss efforts. It’s good to see others who have had weight loss sucess.
I would like to spending less time thinking about food so there’s more time to think about other important things. I hope that following a structured diet with ease that some, fewer decisions to make.

Thanks for the ideas—I will park even farther from the building when I get to work. My office partner and I walk outside after lunch weather permitting. When it’s too cold or wet, I will walk/run the stairs instead to boost my metabolism. I have been losing weight under the supervision of my physician since September with exciting results.
I am attempting to lose 20 lbs. Kashi products will help me a lot.
Today I will start this new challenge! My dad and I have started the Dr.Phil Ultimate Weight Loss Race. So far he and I have lost 40+plus pounds and couting! We are the Blue Team so please cheer us on! I love to eat Kashi Bars after a hard workout, just to keep my metabolism burning!
