Almond butter is so much better than peanut butter in my opinion, but I really love flavored hummus (like triple pepper…so spicy and so good) and even plain nonfat Greek yogurt!

I love Healthy Balance Omega 3 spread. It tastes great and is good for you. I especially love it on Fiber One Multigrain bread.

I like any nut butter on toast but my fave is cheese and apple slices. Or a low fat meat with bit of homemade jelly … like low fat broiled breakfast sausage and jalapeno jelly. Little savory, little sweet, low fat and a treat as well as a great bite before golf. Long lasting energy for me.

All the comments posted are great. Adding your favorite fresh herb or small amount of dried
fruit and blending it well in food processor with small amount of organic butter is nice.
moderation is the key, a little bit of powerful/pungent herbs/or your own favoirte flavorings will do wonders and maintain low-fat nutritional food item, be creative and enjoy.

I like homemade hummus, nut butters, and no added sugar jellies.

I’ve recently explored Almond Butter (due to my peanut allergy). I’m glad to participate in what I’ve been missing – something else for my toast or bagel. I’ve attempted making the butter myself, but not sure my Cuisinart is powerful enough. Plenty of organic options out there.

Almond butter sounds tempting and olive oil is great on anything. Well, almost anything.

I have never tried brewer’s yeast either. I like peanut butter, or any nut butter. I also like hummus.

I love brewers yeast on popcorn, but have never thought about using it on toast. I’m thinking it would be too dry. How about mixing in a little olive oil and some garlic and toasting it under the broiler. I can’t wait to try. Speaking of toast…is there Kashi bread? I love all the Kashi products I have tried and bread sounds yummy.
