What about home made peanut butter?

All the comments posted are great. Adding your favorite fresh herb or small amount of dried
fruit and blending it well in food processor with small amount of organic butter is nice.
moderation is the key, a little bit of powerful/pungent herbs/or your own favoirte flavorings will do wonders and maintain low-fat nutritional food item, be creative and enjoy. -

I love brewers yeast on popcorn, but have never thought about using it on toast. I’m thinking it would be too dry. How about mixing in a little olive oil and some garlic and toasting it under the broiler. I can’t wait to try. Speaking of toast…is there Kashi bread? I love all the Kashi products I have tried and bread sounds yummy.
