Bound up the stairs
Don’t just take the stairs today – run them. Sound intimidating? Just remember that if you can only do five steps comfortably, there’s nothing wrong with that. Everyone has to start somewhere. Today, challenge yourself to skip the elevator or escalator and add two stairs every time you run a flight.
Always consult a physician before starting any exercise routine.
