Bound up the stairs

Challenge Yourself for: 24 Hours

Don’t just take the stairs today – run them. Sound intimidating? Just remember that if you can only do five steps comfortably, there’s nothing wrong with that. Everyone has to start somewhere. Today, challenge yourself to skip the elevator or escalator and add two stairs every time you run a flight.

Always consult a physician before starting any exercise routine.

Will exercise more even if it means climbing the stairs at work. Sick of people offering me seats on the train because they think I’m pregnant. Gave birth 11 months ago!!!

I have a second floor office, so I am up and down the stairs about 100 times a day!

I always take the stairs, but running them is a fun idea!
