Just say “om”
If you’ve ever done yoga, you’ve probably encountered omming, the calming chant yogis the world over use as part of their practice. Adding a few oms to your day can make you feel really relaxed – and might just reconnect you to the universe. Today, challenge yourself to om before breakfast, during afternoon siesta or at bedtime. Focus on the way the sound evolves, on your breath, and how the sound vibrations fill your whole body. _Always consult a physician before starting any exercise routine._
