This is an easy one because I love honey and have some wonderful orange blossom honey in my manderine orange herbal tea right now! Yum!

I love the idea of putting honey in my tea!! Thanks for the tip. I am going to make tea right now, even though it is 80 degrees outside. :)

Being a diabetic, I use honey whenever possible as a healthy substitute for sugar. It is excellent in cereal, smoothies, coffee, baked cookies. Not only that, but honey has many ways of treating diabetic problems. I have, as well my family and friends, loved Kashi since was first invented by improving crackers, cookies, cereals, etc. I have seen changes in the healthy way I eat, now with my friends who have tasted the Kashi products at my home.

I try to add a spoonful of bee pollen to my Kashi Go Lean every morning—a little extra energy is always good….

I always use honey to sweeten my tea and i also use it to when i cook carrots. The kids love it that way.

I’d like to learn of more ways than tea to utilize fresh honey. Does it have any health benefits?

I recently made some granola bars at home…..the batch contained a whole cup of honey which ended up using my entire honey bear. Great substitute for sugar as the bars are very sweet, but no added sugar.

Adding honey and dried fruit/frozen berries to low fat unsweetened yoghurt is so much better than those artificially sweetened/over corn syrup sweetened yogurts.

Honey can also be used with savory flavors. For instance, I use it to make yummy sweet potato fries. I start by cutting the potatoes into fry shape, drizzle EVOO all over them and sprinkle to taste the following: salt & pepper, garlic powder, cayenne pepper and finally a teaspoon of honey! Delish and nutritious :)

Thanks Kashi! I love honey. I added honey to my oatmeal instead of artificial sweetner.

This spring we added two honeybee hives to our hobbyfarm. The bees are really fun to watch and beekeeping is an addicting hobby. Next year we will try to collect some of our own bee pollen to help treat our families allergies and promote health.

Since I buy unsweetened peanut butter, I will put a bit of raw honey with it. What a sweet treat on homemade bread!
