I made our entire Christmas Dinner for our extended family. Used Paula Deen for almost all of the dishes. (Turkey dish came from Tyler Florence). Merry Christmas!

Well, I don’t have to lose weight, but I’m trying very hard to gain weight. When I see a good recipe I save it in my bookmark. When I feel like it I will try it out. I love soups and stews. I cook an entire big pot and freeze it in small plastic containers. This way it saves me a lot of time when I fell like to eat a soup. I also cook my own beef and chicken broth and freeze them also in plastic containers. All I have to do is adding some vegetables, rice or noodles.

well. I’m trying very hard to cook more healthy foods. I do use a lot of online recipes to prepare delicious foods. I start out small. I promised myself to eat at least one vegetable and one fruit everyday. So far I had done it. I also cut down on the size of the portion I eat everyday. I also cut down on meat, salt and cholesterol rich fats and oils.
