I need to stop always being in control and to learn to show my feelings other then anger.

As a nutritional sciences graduate student, hoping one day to work in the area of maternal and infant nutrition, I need to present a healthier body image in myself (i.e. gain a bit of weight!).

I want to start taking more control over my life, eat healthier, and take a stand for what I believe in and not hold back when it comes to my spiritual life with God.

I want to not be scared to let people know how i feel. And show on the outside, how i feel on the inside, without worrying about it.

This one was a little challenging for me. It’s easy for me to second-guess myself when it comes to speaking out. I don’t want to be rude and enforce my beliefs and opinions on others. And when emotions are involved it can be difficult to stay positive and calm. Phewf!

I get frustrated easily and hold things in. I am going to try to make my feelings know more, even if others don’t agree with me. I will do it for me.

I would like to reveal my inner feelings and speak truthfully about them.

I had to work at this one, I’m so used to keeping things to myself, before i choose this challenge a friend told me how keeping things was hurting our friendship, sharing more made things better.
