Challenge Yourself for: 24 Hours

If you work out in a gym, chances are you leave before you’ve taken advantage of all the amenities, like the sauna or jacuzzi. The nice thing about them is that they help your muscles relax after exertion. The next time you’re at the gym, challenge yourself to make post-exercise-relaxation as important as your workout.

If we had a jacuzzi at our Y I would so be in there! I do use the steam room occasionally when it’s working, but it’s so hard to breathe in there especially when it’s the same as the way it feels outside.

But I will challenge myself to utilize it tomorrow.

I will have to check out what features the different gyms offer. I guess I will be going to the gym tomorrow.

I sat in the sauna today for 20 mins, boy it was hot. I actually put conditioner in my hair and steamed it while I was in there. Was relaxing.

Hello, I love relaxing in the Sauna after a hard workout.. but I have noticed that my pores are more visible and I was told it has lots to do with the Sauna, is this true?

Does sitting in your hot car with the windows rolled up in the Texas heat count??? I sweat like crazy but I have found it to be very helpful. Oh I for got to mention That I do this after I walk for an hour at the local park.
