We are going on a family vacation to Walt Disney World and I cannot wait to walk that. I want to get a pedometer just to see how far we go in the week we are there. I love walking. It’s a great way to clear the mind, channel your energy, and best of all, get fit!
I just got back from a trip and we walked EVERYWHERE! Our feet were killing us by the end of the day but we soaked them at night and got up and went back at it in the morning. Sure helps counteract the eating we did which I wasn’t so proud of! ;)
i never walk
I walk everywhere (especially with gas prices as they are now). I walk to the post office, the library, the grocery store. My children walk also (or are in the stroller). I’m trying to instill in them a healthy habit of walking several times a week.
I started just walking a half a mile a day around a few blocks. Now my average walk is to my daughter’s school and back with is 6 miles. I put the headphones on and enjoy the beautiful weather here in Liberty, SC!
I live a mile from work, so I load up a backpack with 3 full water bottles and run to and from.
New York was a city for walkers..We loved it!
I didn’t get my picture.
I love to walk like every day I can.
I love Indiana Jones, do you?
This challenge will help me get back into running/ walking every day!
Our next vacation spot is sure to provide some walking adventures!
