    I got a half hour shoulder massage to relieve stress during my lunch break. Words can’t even describe!

    The gym I go to (only a few blocks from my work) is now offering FREE Aqua Massage!!! I have seen these massages go for about $1 per minute in malls. I am happy it didn’t cost me anything. I went in the machine for 10 minutes yesterday and it was awesome. I plan to go many, many more times! :)

    I recently got Some massage balls from Gaiam. There are 3 balls of two different sizes. I usually carry a lot of tension in my back and shoulders and usually there is really no way I can release this tention by my self. Untill now!! There are two small balls and one large ball. The two small ones are great for massaging your back/shoulders and spine by your self. I love them. Im not too sure about the big ball yet…......still working on that one.
