Eat fruit every day
Eating a piece of fruit at snack time increases the nutrition in your diet and prevents you from eating less healthy options. This week, challenge yourself to eat one whole fruit every day. Pay attention to how this affects your eating habits for the rest of the day.
(When logging progress for this challenge, only log as many days as you participated the activity within the 7-day time frame.)

For fun I leave the cherries on my counter, but do not eat them unless I pit them. It makes me slow down while eating them. Kids love the fun of playing with the pitter.
I had some strawberries and a nectarine as part of my lunch.
I love apples and we have them on our counter. Pick them up, wipe it, and it is snacky time! XD
I eat LOTS of fruit (and veggies, love them) every day: apples, berries, oranges, pears, melons, etc. I LOVE fruit!!!!
I take Juice Plus+ (a whole food supplement) that contains 13 servings of fruits and veggies!
I just found this website. Fun! I have already eated a peach and an apple today. I have been trying to be more consciencious about eating fruit and veggies everyday! http://myweightandexercisechallenge.blogspot.com/
I like fresh fruit. Today I ate melon, strawberries & banana.
i’ve always loved fruit.. growing up, we never had cookies or sweets around the house.. but, my mom made it a habit to serve fruit as dessert.. and now, i can’t go a day without several servings of fruit a day!
I eat fruit every single day. If I missed a day I think I would go into withdrawal. My most important fruit is a banana for the potassium since I have high blood pressure and bananas are loaded with potassium. Last year I had gooseberries for the very first time and fell in love with them. I haven’t had them since but I sure wish I could.
I love to snack on fruit, especially apples and peanut butter. For a healthy dinner, I add crisp fruit to salads for more flavor.
yum! fruit is the bomb! i usually eat half an apple or banana with my breakfast then hit the rest up for a snacky!...but adding more sounds like a FANTASTIC plan to me! love it…

i eat at least 5 servings of fruit and veggies daily. it’s pretty easy to achieve. every morning, i have 1.5 cups of strawberries, 1 c. blueberries along with 1/2 cup fat free plain yogurt and kashi. power breakfast! YUM!!!
I’m a fruit fanatic! For starters I juice every morning! I have the LaLanne juicer which is amazing and I juice 3 carrots, an apple, a kiwi and blueberries every morning! It gives me a great boost to start my day! Then for snacks I’ll either have a banana or an apple :)
I am fruit fanatic so this will definitly not be a problem for me. I had a fruit salad to go along with my protein shake this morning.
Love to add fresh fruit daily to plain non-fat yogurt with some Kashi cereal or granola on top.
I love fresh fruit and veggies. I always eat an apple every day and find the sweetness in the apple satisfies my sweet tooth. I always encourage my family to eat fresh fruits as a snack and I often make a nice fruit salad for desserts.
I eat fruit every day I change my fruit around so i get a variety of fruit
I always eat a piece of fruit in the morning. I bought a couple different types of grapes. Im loving them today!!!
Eating fruits and vegetables everyday is not a problem for me. It’s only difficult when there’s not any good enough to buy, but I’ve found wonderful frozen varieties, including mango chunks, to fill in those times. If not for my love of salmon, sardines and tuna fish, chicken and the occasional steak, I’d be a vegetarian!
My favorite fruits are apples, melons, kiwis, and necterines, and this summer bushes in my yard gave me beautiful blueberries! After picking almost 2 gallons worth, I left the rest to the birds, the bugs, and the bunnies!
