fennel, tomatoes, carrots, onions, corn. I admit I’m not a dark green leafy vegtable eater. I prefer fruits. Oddily enough my husband loves vegetables, and not so much fruit. But I am making smoothies and that seems to work for him. I am trying to add more spinach and kale into my diet, but it doesn’t always thrill me. I do like broccoli though.
asparagus, cauliflower, cucumbers, corn and orange peppers—I can’t wait to go home for summer so I can eat these veggies everyday because I don’t have the luxury of eating these everyday at college
butter cup quash, spinich, beets, potatoes, asparagus – the only veggie i’ve every tried that i don’t like is lima beans, which really isn’t a veggie anyway :-) its a legume. in the summer i really enjoy fresh tomatoes and cucumbers (the pickling kind) sliced and sprinkled lightly with salt and pepper – yummy!
Top 5 are: Asparagus, articoke, green beans, red peppers and cucumbers!
I’ll keep it short but really, I love veggies! Summer is the perfect time for veggies and I can’t wait for my first trip to the farmer’s market this weekend :)

Asparagus, green beans, all varieties of green and hot peppers, freshly picked farmer’s market sweet corn, squash, and eggplant. I have always been a veggie lover! When I was a little girl my older brothers and sister used to pass their vegetables down the table to me and I would gobble them up. I love fresh salads, steamed mixed veggies, and vegetable soups.
Asparagus, broccolli, cauliflower, spinach, squash (of any kind!), corn, green beans… I could go on and on – I love veggies!
broccoli, peas, green beans, snap peas, brussels sprouts. Basically, the greener the better but I love practically all vegetables.
I love spinach, cooked or raw in salads, I love green beans, steamed or stir fried with other vegetables, like red/yellow bell pwppers, red onion, fresh garlic. I love broccoli steamed or raw, and have for the first time this summer starting cooking asparagus in salt free chicken broth, they were delicious with a dressing of ginger and sesame.
