    I eat vanilla yogurt with granola from Whole Foods. I layer it like a parfait, and it looks and tastes so decadent.

    Well, eating something healthy specially for dessert is challenging. But I have done it;
    I ate a pear with some lact-aid milk yogur it was delicious let me tell you and I didn’t felt guilty at all.
    Also I have eaten Gelatin with fruits inside and its both nutricious and good for you I recommend it

    Skinny Cow ice cream sandwiches are so deliciously yummy. We get them for my boyfriend’s mother who is diabetic and we eat them like its teh best thing ever.

    i made an applecrisp with cinnamon, no sugar, whole wheat,and large flake oats for the topping. Baked together for 45 mins. Made an excellent dessert. You wouldn’t believe it was almost fat free. right out of the diabetic, heart healthy cookbook.
