I’m curious—what healthy dessert did you eat?
I eat vanilla yogurt with granola from Whole Foods. I layer it like a parfait, and it looks and tastes so decadent.
Well, eating something healthy specially for dessert is challenging. But I have done it;
I ate a pear with some lact-aid milk yogur it was delicious let me tell you and I didn’t felt guilty at all.
Also I have eaten Gelatin with fruits inside and its both nutricious and good for you I recommend it
Skinny Cow ice cream sandwiches are so deliciously yummy. We get them for my boyfriend’s mother who is diabetic and we eat them like its teh best thing ever.
I made whole wheat, honey sweetened cookies. They were good with nothing bad.
i made jello with a half cut of low fat whipped cream mixed in. if done right it sets up so nicely and is creamy you would never think you were haveing jello
Love pumpkin pie here is a way to indulge without the guilt
Take 1/2cup fat free cottage cheese 1/4cup canned pumpkin and some nutmeg and if you want add alittle splenda it taste like the real thing you will love it!
a frozen banana is a fast and refreshing dessert! also yogurt can double as ice cream!

Chocolate frozen yogurt with sliced toasted almonds
i made an applecrisp with cinnamon, no sugar, whole wheat,and large flake oats for the topping. Baked together for 45 mins. Made an excellent dessert. You wouldn’t believe it was almost fat free. right out of the diabetic, heart healthy cookbook.
