Hang a nutrition goal
Some people find hanging a positive goal on the fridge or a mirror really inspiring. Today, try it out. Write down – or print out – a positive health or nutrition goal and put it someplace visible. It doesn’t take much to inspire healthier daily choices.
I strive to eat healthy everyday, and it always starts with Kashi for breakfast.
I try to eat good everyday. And I always have Kashi for breakfast before 2 hours of tennis.
I started eating Kashi Heart to Heart Cereal about 3 weeks ago. I eat it every other day. Inbetween that I eat Kashi’s raison spice oatmeal. What I like about Kashi’s product,even though I have not tried all there products. Is that it tastes so— good & it’s nutritional contents in my opinion are the best out there.B6,B12,VIT.E,& folic acid 100% “Wow” it still blows my mind. Well enough about that.Before I get to excited. My Goal over all is to lose & maintain a healthy weight. I also will try to drink more water because I do struggle with that at times.I “LOVE” to eat.I LOVE to cook. I LOVE to try new things. I “LOVE” KASHI so far. I want to say thank you Kashi Family. Your a Keeper! Sorry about that “I LOVE TO TALK” I guess you know that by know.
I want to get back into my excersize routine and continue to eat and provide natural, healthy foods for my family.
I am eating semi-organic and starting to exercise more!
Being temporarily disable with both feet having ruptured tendons.. I cannot excersize as much as I would like to. So I am trying to switch my food to be more healthy and I love Kashi products. I first got hooked on their frozen black bean mango entry!!
I want to get healthy again. I am tired of my weight doing the Yo-Yo thing. Up and Down. So Kashi is part of my day.
Kashi is good product. Good taste. Not a big selection in my local store. Thats sad. we have heart to heart and go lean crunch. thats it as far as cereal. and we have chewy bars. luv them all.
Kashi starts my day, every day! I haven’t tried the oatmeal yet but plan to now!
My health and nutrition for tomorrow is not to eat any processed foods and NOT skip my morning workout! :)
