Challenge Yourself for: 30 days
For pure athleticism that almost anyone can enjoy safely, flag football is the way to go. Just tuck some colored cloth into the back of your sweats and get ready to run your tail off. Make up crazy rules like extra points for field goals kicked with your left foot, or extra downs for teams with kids. Challenge yourself to organize a game that you’ll reminisce about for years to come.
