An easy and exhilarating way to see what your body can do when it isn’t limited by gravity. Take a trampoline class to master basic moves. By day’s end most students are tucked into a harness and encouraged to try forward and back flips. Challenge yourself – or a group – to overcome inertia and go trampolining. _(When logging progress for this challenge, only log as many days as you participated the activity within the 30-day timeframe.)_

    How many minutes a day should I exercise if I plan on working out at my own home with the trampoline?
