Challenge Yourself for: 30 days
Flashing lights, flashback music, and laps around the rink – time to lace up those roller skates. The roller rink provides an active outing for all ages and fitness levels. Just skip the unhealthy rinkside food and pack your own picnic of snacks and water. Challenge yourself to organize a very groovy activity.

I think that it is fun if you can go somewhere else and skate, like a cludesac, for example. Another important thing is to have really lively “pumped-up” music to get you inspired.

I play roller derby! I skate at least 2x a week, usually 3, sometimes more, for at least 2 hours at a time. I don’t actually like the roller rink…going in a circle and not donig anything else is too boring.
